COURSE DESCRIPTION

In the future, “technology will will be used for any discussion of philosophy, methodology, tools and even subject matter of teaching.

Technology shapes not only education but also our entire way of life for the future. In order to understand what tomorrow will bring, it is enough to examine the technologies being studied today.

Technology has already an unnamed teaching, learning, school and knowledge function today. We can access the information we are curious about. We can discuss local and universal problems and seek solutions in communication with every geography, culture and people of the world.

Today's traditional understanding of schools, teachers, knowledge and learning has long been outdated, but we still keep the institutions and traditions established for this purpose. We're trying to evolve them for current conditions in vain.

All learning and teaching paradigms have changed.

GOAL

The main purpose of the course is to make students aware of the forms, the dimensions and the future of the interaction between the concepts of “technology, learning and teaching" in our age.

In addition, it is to illustrate the knowledge, skills and values ​​that students should have.

Finally, this course aims to provide the students with the necessary knowledge and experience.

METHOD

This course will mainly include discussions, demonstration, group work and individual work.

The application is essential. In-class and out-of-class opportunities will be created for each student to apply what they have learned.

Courses and applications will be held at the places and times shown in the program.

CREDIT

This course has 2 hours of theoretical 2 hours of practical credit and 5 ECTS

EVALUATION

Assessment Methods- One midterm exam, 3 or 4 assignments will be given and a final examination. Mid-term (% 30), assignments (% 20) and final exam (% 50) weighted.

Attendance is one of the basic conditions. student regulations are essential.

Week 6 - Photography, Camera and 3D Display Systems

Week 7 - Models, Charts, Sheets and  Schema etc. Concrete Materials and their use in teaching

Week 8 - MID TERM EVALUATION

Week 9 - Model model assignments presentation

10. Week- The use of movies, documentaries and similar media for teaching

Week 11 - Paint.net drawing software. use of concept maps, posters, banners and signs in teaching

Week 12 - Photo Story software for video creation, animations, video clips and similar materials for the purpose of teaching 

Week 13 - Movie assignments presentation

Week 14 - E-School, Mebbis, Eba, Vitamin etc. Internet softwares and their use
